At this time, Woobee KnitShop ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S., including Alaska, Hawaii and APO.
Woobee KnitShop is not set up to do International Shipping.
The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Woobee KnitShop reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
1. NO RETURNS or REFUNDS On; Pattern Books - Patterns - Cone Yarn - Wool Wash - Wool Wax Creme Skin Care - Products that are Special Orders - Discontinued - Clearance - Sale – Seconds or order past 15 days.
2. It is the Customer’s responsibility for the cost SHIPPING in both directions, on RETURNS, EXCHANGE or INSTORE CREDIT.
3. Before returning a product order CALL 307-760-2092 or E-mail woobeeknitshopShop.net for approval of a RETURNS, EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT. With the Return ORDER Enclosed a COPY OF YOUR Invoice.
4. RETURN or EXCHANGE Product Policy;
1. RETURN within 10 Days of received shipping post-mark - RE-STOCKING CHARGES ARE 25% plus my actual shipping cost.
2. RETURNS after 10 days up to 15 days of shipping post-mark - RE-STOCKING CHARGES ARE 30% plus my actual shipping cost.
3. NO RETURNS AFTER 15 DAYS!!!
4. A Charge for a CANCELLED ORDERS is $5.00 per order. This covers my merchant account fees, computer time and, shelf restocking, plus time lost for resale.
5. SHIPPING cost responsible is for my actual shipping cost to you even if you received free shipping and the responsible for the return shipping cost. Product must be returned in a re-saleable condition.
6. RETURN TO on are before 15 days: Woobee KnitShop – 10 Knoll Drive – Laramie WY 82072-9539 – Then you will received your refund minus the 25% or 30% charge plus the actual shipping cost charged to my shop.
Please make sure you order is correct; a return is costly to the customer and to my Shop. My shop cannot afford to absorb that type of lose. A return cost is restocking time, paperwork and Merchant account fees. The Merchant account Company, that process the cards and E-Checks for my website has increased their fees.
